Hudson Valley Bathroom Remodeler

Do you have an old, out-dated, or stained bathtub/tile? Refinishing makes sense!

To rip out and replace an average bathtub could cost around $3,000 or more. The process requires a plumber, tile & grout specialist, flooring installer, carpenter, as well as actually buying a new tub. Then, you have to consider how to get the old tub out through the door and the new one in? The average bathtub can be refinished for just a small fraction of remodeling costs, resulting in a new appearance. Tile can be resurfaced as well and you can choose almost any color for them to be resurfaced in. Whether it is for a residential home or for the commercial market, such as flipping homes or rentals, you can enjoy the savings and advantages of an inexpensive Hudson Valley bathroom remodeler.

Refinishing not only saves you a good amount of money, but most jobs can be finished the same day, since everything stays in place. You could be using your new bath and tile the very next day. The new finish is long-lasting, simple to clean, and can be applied in any color.

Our product & attention to detail are so good that we feel confident in offering lifetime coverage for as long as you live in your house. Using four steps that are tried-and-true, the experienced team of professionals at Hudson Valley Resurfacing finishes most refinishing jobs in a single day. Our business makes sure that the tub is efficiently cleaned and prepped and is resurfaced with an adhesive two-coast base system followed by two coats of high-gloss finish. Clients can pick from a vast array of colors, including custom colors. Hudson Valley Resurfacing is a trusted Hudson Valley bathroom remodeler that is also skilled in refinishing bathtubs that have been previously resurfaced as well. Special non-slip finishes are also available.

Step 1

We clean & ready the surface area with a reliable cleaning solution. This cleans and removes any shine and is added to the Porcelain, Enamel and/or Ceramic. The surface will now be dull & porous and ready to start the second step.

Step 2

The adhesive (a two part coating that is catalyzed, a chemical hardening process) is then used on the surface. Once applied, water and chemicals are not able to penetrate it. Because of this adhesive two coat base application, the glaze coat is bonded to the original surface.

Step 3

Next, the glaze is added with two coatings. Hudson Valley Resurfacing utilizes the strongest coating anywhere and, when applied, it looks like a brand new bathtub with a lovely high gloss finish and shine. It takes around 2-3 hours to resurface an average bathtub. Afterwards, the new finish will usually cure for 24 hours before its first use.
